The
Symposium will be held in Niigata
City, Niigata (http://enjoyniigata.com),
at the Niigata Convention Center "Toki

situated within 10 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes on foot from the
downtown. In the end of September, hot and humid weather will almost finish in
Japan, and we are certain that you and your family will enjoy many places of
scenic, historical and cultural interests offered by Niigata City. Japan is
facing two large units of ocean, the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Japan. Located
at the center of the coast of the Sea of Japan, Niigata has been one of the
